I have few systems haven't finish yet.

E: Good Morning, I am a first year medical student. i am Enson and you are?
P: i am XXX
E: So, i am here today to help you to solve some problems, is that ok with you..
P: yes, please do so.
E: Before we get into it, can i have your personal details
P: Sure, why not
E: May i know how old are you this year?
P: I am 30 years old
E: Ok, are you married?
P: Ermmm.....yes i am.
E: Do you have any children?
P: Five of them
E: I see...Ok, so what's the purpose you are here today?
P: I have chest pain.
E: Chest Pain...Can you point to me which part of it is more serious.
P: Around this area.
E: Before you came here, have you seen any doctors or having some treatment?
P: Acupuncture
E: When was it? Does it help or improve your chest pain?
P: Little? But not much.
E: Ok, so besides this, anything you worried about?
P: Temporary not.
E: Just that, I am still a first year medical student, i can't prescribe you any medication. I will pass your information to other doctors. Thanks alot.
P: Thank you.

An awesone Vacation...before exam.

Just came back from a three days trip and I’m now here to study again.

8 days more to go before ends up my Sem 1 Medical Degree..

Feels like so exciting that I can enjoy my holidays no longer soon.

Cameron Highland, a 18 degree mountain scenery place.

Before I went there, I was thought that Cameron was not cold as Genting.

As long as this three days passed through, I can justify that my prediction was wrong.

It was colder than Genting.

On Friday morning, once I have finished my lecture—Genetic Practical

I ran as fast as possible back to my room and started packed up my luggage for this awesome vacation.

Since when? I have been long time didn’t go to Cameron Highland.

Think back to the past..It was the time when I was in primary school (Standard 3)..I think.

Amongst that time lol…..Forgot already..hahaJ

Ok, this trip was considered as a Family Trip…wow..why I said that.

Mostly 2/3^rd of family attended this trip.

[My uncle’s family, My Cousin’s Family and My family as well…]
Haha….

Long story to be continued…Hope to see you then..again. Got to study..Exams around the corner..

All about Me....Birthday Boy..

由于某某人的关系,所以我要以中文来书写一篇中文文章.
今天2010年12月03日, 是我迈进19岁的生日.
说实话,我真的有点伤心,伤心到可以在昨日晚上11时倒数我18岁的最后一日.

还记得我迈进18岁的生日时,是一班可爱的朋友们为我庆祝的.
今年呢?与往年不一样的是, [上课日]...当然也得到不少朋友的祝贺与恭喜...哈哈:)
此外,我还要特别感谢的是, Matt请了我吃一餐...真的很感谢他。

 还有朋友们在Facebook上的祝贺语。
说真的，随着Facebook的崛起，SMS祝贺已不是一种趋势了。
考试将在19天后正式开始，加油鸿杰....你一定行的。

I am gonna to be a 19 year old guy....
Feeling like i have typically changed everything.

Actually it just added in extra NICKNAME for me
As you know...In University right...most of them cannot pronounce the chinese name properly.
It is better for you to have a name which we call "Caucasian name"(translate from mandarin).

19 is coming to TOWN

Time flows rapidly,
Once in a time, we are just a Secondary student
By now, A University Student...
5 years later....I might be an intern resident in some Hospital, either Other countries or Malaysia.

Unconciously, year 2010 has come to the last month -- December

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

THE second day (19th Nov 2010) when the Harry Potter was shown in the theatre,

Me and my family rushed to the TGV cinema to watch this such awesome and touching show.

Am I right...all the Harry Potter fans...
The show started in Hermione's family, to have an avoidance between she and her family in this darkness war,
She spells out the "OBLIVIATE", in order to erase her family memories about her and so the pictures of her.

With accompanied with the background music, it was completely made me crazy madness about the whole show..

I need to emphasize that: She is pretty..btw, haha :)
